Returns & Delivery

Our Delivery prices are subject to changes due to parcel courier price changes and are reviewed and checked periodically.

Our prices for delivery is as above and the prices include the selecting, packaging, labelling, processing and delivery of cushions.  For parcels up to 1KG the prices for delivery starts from £3.72 for one item per delivery bag and pricing varies according to the size and weight of your order.  To ensure the best delivery option that suits you we recommend you select the appropriate at check out as this cannot be changed once payment has been processed.  Our deliveries are made through Parcel2Go.  We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days, working days only (not counting weekends.

 

We offer and Economy Bulk delivery which is any order up to 6 per delivery box. 

 

Order for Special Occasions

If you require any order above 6, and you require a significant large order for Special Occasions, then please complete our contact page.  It is important that you provide us with as much information as possible, for example, your budget, colour preference or design, and expected dates for when you would like your order to be delivered.  We will endeavour to respond between 3 to 5 working days.

For large orders we ask for a 50% secure payment prior to placing your order with us, this is to ensure we receive a genuine order.  If for any reason you cancel your order, this must be done within 5 working days (weekends not including).  If you cancel your order outside the 5 working day period your 50% secure payment will be non-refundable.

Deliveries outside the UK

We do not offer any deliveries outside the UK at present, but should this change in the future we will notify you on our website.

What If I am out when my item is delivered?

If the courier calls when you are out, your item will be left with your neighbour for you to collect, providing you stipulated this on your order. A card will be left through your letter box if you are not in to receive the delivery, stipulating the time, date the courier called and the nearest collection point for you to collect your parcel.They are unable to deliver your item the courier will make one more attempt to deliver your item.Any item undelivered will be returned to All Nations be Wise.

A 20% return fee will be incurred for returned outside our returns policy. A refund will be offered only if the parcel was unable to be delivered to your address.  If you would like to rearrange redelivery you can arrange redelivery via the courier who will send you a text with the redelivery arrangements.

 

For large orders returned a 25% return fee will be incurred for returned items.

 

Can I Use A Different Address For Delivery

Yes you can, you can provide an alternative address, like a work address just enter the correct address at the check out in the appropriate fields.

 

Do You Accept Returns

No we do not accept returns or refunds unless the goods were damaged in transit. We have a strict policy that is: To Prohibit and minimise the Risk of Infection and the Spread of Infection all cushions are non-returnable and non-refunable.

INFECTION CONTROL LABELLING IS PRESENT ON ALL PACKAGING.
