You can order as many cushions you like provided they are available at the time of the order.
The maximum cushions we aim to pack in one delivery bag is 4, for the reason we have to take into consideration the weight and cost of deliver and safe transit and any expense incurred due to loss of goods in transit.
Yes there are 2 types of delivery, Standard and Express. The standard delivery will take from 7 to 10 working days and the Express from 3 to 5 working days.
Yes, you can, we take special care making sure that all cushions are sealed and clearly labelled and packed to minimise the risk of damage in transit. However, if your cushions has been damaged in transit you can request a full refund. Please see further details for our refund policy.
All Nations Be Wise does not take any responsibility for any orders that arrive late, although we provide both a Standard and Express Delivery we cannot guarantee any times when your items will arrive. Although All Nations be Wise has a policy not to give refunds on orders of Baby and Toddler cushion to minimise the risk of Infection and spread of Infection we will give you a voucher which you redeem at a later date.
We do not give our customers whether you are working in a non-professional or professional capacity to pay and spread the cost of repayment over a period of time. This is because we process a lot of orders each day and to minimise disruption and to ensure all customers receive their item we act with fairness in making sure they receive their items when they place each order.
You cannot pay for your orders after you have received them. All orders placed must be paid for before they are shipped to Customers. But you have the option to place an order as a Guest without setting up an Account. However, if you are a customer working in a professional capacity for example a Doctor, or Play Specialist or Teacher and would like to place regular orders then it would be advisable to set up an Account to monitor what you purchase.
Yes, but this is entirely at your own risk and responsibility. All Nations be Wise takes no responsibility for any items left with neighbours that may be lost, delayed or damaged by individuals due to carelessness.
If you are not in when the Delivery Man arrives, he/she will leave a card through the door, on the card will be stipulated the time, date the deliver man called and opening and closing times of the nearest collection point where to collect your item. Or you can arrange a redelivery.
All Nations be Wise will not refund any cushions simply because you have changed your mind about the design or colour. We have a strict policy that is; To Prohibit the risk of infection and spread of infection all Cushions are non-returnable and non-refundable but we will offer you a voucher which you can redeem at a later date.
We will not give refunds but will credit you with a voucher which you can redeem at a later date by use of entering a code in the appropriate box on the Webpage and order a replacement cushion.
You are only entitled to use the voucher only once with each order you place and for one cushion per order.
