Due to the Political, Social, Fragile and Instability of our Global Economy the Current Legal Legislations for Sole Traders is no longer “Fit for Purpose” it was necessary for All Nations be Wise to make Changes to our Organisation to make our Business and Website “Fit for Purpose” and to change the Statutory and Legal Requirements of some Laws, These changes were also required so that we meet the needs and changes made Staturtory Laws and Requirements to the Special Education Needs; Parents of Babies, Toddlers and Children in our Communities, as well as, inform Schools and Nurseries and the NHS of this change.

All Nations be Wise are not a Registered Charity but are a Sole Trader Organisation and operate as a Sole Trader. Under the Statutory Law Sole Traders are allowed to take Donations provided they meet Legal Statutory Requirements and HMRC Tax Requirements.

HOW ANBW DONATIONS WILL BE USED

All donations will be used to buy a Sewing Machine to benefit Children, in our Communities, especially those with SEND and other realted Disabilites, and to promote, improve quality of life, enchance wellbeing, improve activities and promote fun, play and developmental and educational opportunities.

All Nations be Wise own this site and all users who use our site constitutes an agreement to our Terms and Conditions. The Terms set forth the Terms and Conditions under which you may use our website, by accessing and making a donation/s you agree that you have read and understood and agree to the bound by terms.

 

To use our Donation page, you must be at the permitted consent age of 18 (eighteen) to use our Donation Page to make Donations and any children under the age of 18 (eighteen) and, especially those under 13 (Thirteen) must seek permission and consent from Adults; Parents, Guardians, Carers, before making a donation/s.

All Donations made to All Nations be Wise are final and a binding legal agreement between the Donor and All Nations be Wise. All Donations made by Donors will be treated as a voluntary gift and are non-refundable.  All Donations made to All Nations be Wise are subject to monitoring and Vetting procedures and are made through a Secure Encrypted Payment System.

Mandatory information collected for Donations are Full Name, Addresses, Post Code, Contact Information and Billing informations, Age Consent of Children under the Age of 18 and under the Age of 13 (Thirteen), for the purpose of fulfilling Donations requirement and for Security and to Safeguard individuals and All Nations be Wise against Fraud.

All Donors will be required to tick box to confirm you have read our Terms and Conditions before submitting Donations and a Disclaimer.

All Donations will be treated as Donations and will not be used for any other purposes but for the purposes for which it was intended. All Donations made by Donors are made at the Donors Discretion.

DONATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS  PURPOSE

PURPOSE OF ANBW NEW CAMPAIGN 

Donations made to All Nations be Wise will  be collected  Immediately  upon  payment.   All Nations be Wise  has  not  allowed  or  facilitated  the  means  for  Donors  to  set  up  a  Direct Debit  or  Standing  Orders  to make Recurring  payments, whether  Weekly,  Monthly  or  Yearly at this time.   This  is  to  ensure  that  we  first monitor and fullfill  the correct Requirements  of  Statutory  legal requirements regarding Sole Traders  regarding  Donations and minimise and  discourage the  possibility  of  Fraud.

All Nations be Wise will not be liable for any inaccuracies/error made by Donors on submission of a donation/s, whether it be Grammatical, Keystrokes, errors caused by laptop/ ipad/ iphone/Android, phone failure, Word of Mouth transmission, Digitalise failure errors, nor liable for any property damage or any personal injury resulting from accessing to use our Donation Page.

All Nations be Wise will not be liable for any errors or harm caused to minors under the Age of 18 and especially those under the age of 13 who have not sought Parental/ Guardian/ Carer Guidance before making a Donation/s.

 

No Donor applying for a Sewing Maching from All Nations be Wise will not be permitted to exchange this in a form of Monetary Donations, whether it be Cash or Monetary Gift Voucher or Direct Payment made to an individual or any other form of Debit or Credit Card or Trade the Sewing Machine in for any other form of Product/s or Service.  No Applicant will be eligible to exchange Donations for a Loan or apply for a loan with All Nations be Wise.

RULES FOR MAKING AN APPLICATION FOR A SEWING MACHINE

All applicants making an application for a Sewing Machine must be age 18 (eighteen) or over and at the legal age to Consent. Applicants will be subject to vetting and checking procedures both by All Nations be Wise, NHS.

All information submitted on the Application form will be treated in Confidence and Consent will always be ask on the Application to verify the Childs age and whether they consent for information to be shared.

Children who have SEND or/and other Disabilities will be given the option to disclose some or all of their disabilities or not to disclose their disability. Parents who disclose their Child’s disability will not be asked to upload any Personal information such as SEND Educational or Health Care plan relating to their Child’s disability to All Nations be Wise, but we will ask for Consent to check with NHS providers to ensure Applications are legitimate.

ANBW will require and always asked further questions to ascertain their child’s Needs in order to ensure the Best suitable Sewing Machine is purchased and adequate for the Child/Children’s Needs.

HOW MANY APPLICATIONS CAN I SUBMIT

You can only submit 1 Application per child per household, and only one Sewing Machine will be allowed per household.  If you apply for a Sewing Machine and it is approved and supplied and used and the warranty has expired, you may apply to buy a New one provided you have waited for the expiration of the Warranty Period and you have not signed an extension of the warranty Period.
