Aprils BT Little Wise Fixers is the Frill. All Nations be Wise did not have enough of the material to cut the frill its normal length to do gathering. So what we did we simplied it by cutting an extra peice of the material and sewed it to the lesser peice of fabric to do less gathering. The left side is slightly more gathered than the right. Hey! its still looks good.

What all Nations be Wise do is constantly look for ways to improve upon our techniques. For example we use a simple gathering foot, but the settings the manufacturer suggest for gathering does not also work on the fabrics, so by trial and error we have to change settings so that when do frills they look even all around.
