Are You the Right One IN

Good morning Mama's and Papa' little bloggers, This morning I got one more message to pass on to parents about exploitation. I wasn't going to mention this but I thought it was very important to mention this.

Firstly I explained that exploitation is not always done openly but covertly and subtley. What parents need to understand is this, if your child has a disability and is gifted you to make sure you communicate with them regularly, and understand what there gifting is. For the reasons when they are young it is so often the case many parents and even the media can pick up on your childs gift label them as 'cute, genious, fantastic all the lovely nice names associated with kids' and so often people want to help children to achieve there best. But as soon as that child with a disability becomes an adult watch peoples attitude change.

I give you an example, I emailed an organisation and then what transpired they didn't respond and pretended they didn't read my email, but instead what they did they took the email and somebody used it to try and further their own career and position in that particular organisation. So when I raised a concern Safeguarding contacted me. Then when I checked their website they took this particular person off and put the person who I contacted back up on their website, but what happen when I relayed it to another particular person. They got upset and wanted this other persons face and profile to go back up on their web page and I will tell you the reason why, so parent note this carefully. I discerned there was a fight going on.

It's because they did not want people to know that I had Influence; leadership or managerial skills, especially if you have a mental impairment certian NHS professionals don't promote such people because these people are often exploited for money. It would obviously cause a problem if Parents found out that this change of profile had been reverted back to the original. So to gain control of an organistion people often follow the organisaiton you contact and influence individuals in that organisation because it makes them feel powerful. Lastly, I say this with open apostrophes, "watch the way how some people network". THEY WANT YOU TO GO ON FACEBOOK THEIR AIM IS TO RUIN ANY WORK YOU'VE STARTED OR DONE!.

I WILL OF COURSE LEAVE YOU WITH THIS THOUGHT, IF I HAD A DEGREE OR WAS ABLED BODIED WOULD THE ORGANISATION HAVE CHANGED THE PROFILE PIC?
