Fly those little wings!

Good afternoon Mama's and Papa's little bloggers.

Many of you were asking this question on my last blog, What did All Nations be Wise mean when they wrote, 'using adult communication and deliberately trying to make us do our work wrong".

What I meant was this, example you see this picture and the caption "Fly those little wings", if I took a 5 year old, showed this child a photograph of a chic in a birds nest and explained that this chic when grown will develop wings and showed him the chics little wings. Then said to the 5 year old, to pretend you are a bird and said "Fly those little wings". You would expect the little 5 year old to spread out his arms and pretend they are wings and swoon around the garden mimicking as though he is a bird.

But some of you were coming out with captions "the skies the limit" If I said to a 5 year old the skies the limit". How do you expect a 5 year old to understand 'the skies the limit' and mimick the skies the limit!. That's what I meant when I said when some people keep using "adult communication on us keep deliberatly trying to make us do our work wrong" when we are working on kids stuff.
