Good Afternoon Mama's and Papa's little Wise Bloggers.
I know many parents and Children have been looking at my Blog Page and saying to themselves "I don't see any Flowers or Cushions depicting flowers or plants". Remember what I said Parents Children 'DON'T lay your eggs all in one baskets in view of Birds', in other words DON'T display all your ideas all in one go, space out your ideas give yourself time to grow your ideas and what you want to teach toddlers and children.
Today Allnationsbewise visited Loughborough Allotment Farm, to learn how to plant Herbs. It was such a lovely Sunny Day and those who attended were also friendly. The Group session lasted for 2 hours. There is a small fee to pay which is not much.
I learnt so much about planting herbs and didn't realise there was a technique to this. The herbs I have planted are Perennials. Perennials are any plant that last for 2 years and more, practically for many years and Annuals are plants that have a life span of 2 years and less. So in other words they grow one year, yield seeds the following year and then die.
Today I planted Sage, Mint Lemon Verbena, Lemon Balm and Rosemary.
So if you are a parent looking for something for you children to do in the next few weeks why not visit Loughborough Allotment Farm they can also volunteer for a couple of hours.
