Good morning Mama's and Papa's little Bloggers.
Scriprure states T"hat you may aspire to lead a quite life, to mind your own business, and to work with your own hands, as commanded you. That you may walk properly toward those who are outside, and that you may lack nothing".
The trouble with so many church Brethren is this, Too many Christians like sticking their nose in other peoples business.
Married Couples in particular like to stick their nose in people business when they see a single man or woman working quitely for the Lord. If you are enquiring and just asking questions and just want to know what they are doing that is fine..
But what Many Christians do when they see you working quitely for the Lord, then come a long and like to try and dismantle the work you are doing. I have stopped using the work Hijack and the Holy Spirit dropped a new word in my spirit "DISMANTLE". I believe this work is more appropriate when explaining things to children
If you look at the word definition in the dictionary for Dismantle it means,
To Rip To Shreds
Pull Apart
Pull to Bits
Pull to Pieces
Break up
Dissemble
Demolish
I have highighted 4 word that are simple for children to understand.
I would like to use two words Pull to bits, Pull to Pieces, Break up to explain to parents that is exactly what the enemy does. He wants to destroy everything what Christians do and even Children.
The bible says the Devil comes to Kill, to Steal and Destroy but Jesus came to give Life and life ABUNDANTLY.
Note the last words in this verse, 'that you may lack nothing'. Many Christians have a lack in their life because they have allowed the enemy to have a foothold in their life.
Constantly meddling in people's business is not good, when you constantly meddle in people's business you give the enemey an opportunity to gain access to part's of your life.
Eveytime you stick you nose in somebodies business, you give other people the right to stick their nose in your business.
As Christians we must learn to work quitely do something useful with our hands so that we may be a good example to others.
If you are a new parent, teacher trying to explain the word dismantle to a child, you can simply use Leggo. Ask the child to build the legos together and then ask them to pull them apart.
Try and explain the difference between Pulling things Apart, Break up things into smaller peices.
