Message to MP David Lammy and the Royal Courts of Justice

This message is for the attention of Deputy District Judge H Rigby Royal Courts of Justice. Back in November 2023 I attended Court for a hearing to find out why a Claim was not filed on the correct address. The reason for this was that I did not have the correct address for the defendant.

District Judge H Rigby provided me with the address and gave me 14 days to serve the Papers on the Defendant. This was done and sent by Next Day Delivery, and my Defense which H Rigby told me to change (which I did not change and provided reasons why I did not change my defense) was sent directly to District Judge H Rigby.

However, No one from the Royal Courts of Justice has responded to confirm they have received it. Because the Judge H Rigby probably sit in the Law Court talking to other Judges telling them "I'm clever". I knew you wanted to throw the court case out of Court.

I've been waiting a year and half for a response to confirm you have received my defense!. Why has no one from the Law Court written to confirm.

Another thing I need to ask you District Judge H Rigby is, was it necessary for me to attend court twice, all you had to do was write to me and confirm whether the claim could go ahead all DCBL needed was the go ahead.

What are you getting up to in the Royal Courts of Justice, are transferring money from the Money Claim Centre to the Royal Courts of Justice and committing fraud!.
