SEEING through the eyes of Baby and Toddlers

Good morning Mama and Papa little bloggers. In case many of you Parents, Guardians, Foster Carer, Paediatricians, Child Psychologists, Play Specialists, Social, Workers, Teachers, Mature Students, Lecturers, Doctors, Nurses will be asking and criticising All Nations be Wise and asking this question "we don't see much small letters, in my work much and there's always Capital letters in much of our posts.


There is a reaon for this, firstly, there are many children who are born disabled and are blind or partially sighted. So when I designed this website it was those children first I was thinking about. Many partlially sighted children have difficulty seeing or capturing small print. So when I write I have to incorporate both small and Capital letters for both Parents and Children to see and understand. I have a Good Friend who is partially sighted, so whenever I post my blogs or cushions I try to put myself in her shoes and ask myself the question 'what can I see?' and 'what makes my website look more fun for Babies and Toddlers?. Blind children cannot see this website so atleast I can do for them is make this interactive by 'asking o


Lastly, this little picture of a Hedgehog has a Capital L in it's little paws which stands for LEARN. As Parents we need to instill and teach our little ones at a very early age that they will never please everybody. So what I display on my website will not please or sit with every Parent, or professional Health Worker. Teach them this WINK!, WINK! whenever the majority complain, tell your little ones to look first and, be considerate ato those who have disabilities, especially partially sighted or blind babies, toddlers and children.
