One of the perpetrators I saw was dangling from this blacony above me. He dropped onto the floor and then stood up and then jumped the fence with two other perpetrators.

If you are a property Developer please could you think carefully about how you build flats and where you put the drain pipes. Please could you consider building the drain pipes not so near balconies where youths can scale down the drain pipe and enter someones Patio.

Another thing I find very worrying is that some people including Church brethren are treating the incident like some competition. When I alert a church about this incident, somebody runs back tells other churches; and then you get leaders or missionairies who work children running out of their pothole larking around and pushing up themselves and then coming out with "i'm the one thats been called", something wrong with them, for some strange reason when I attract children, youths some people subtley try and maneouvre the children away from me and then subtly try and get the children to all follow them only, they are conniving! manipulative! and vindictive!. Theres something not quite right SLAM do that as well???.

And then they covert and want my flat because they see Patio and School?. something wrong with them!. SLAM and some Church Brethren don't want me to have anything and enjoy my life and keep talking CRAP I am too comfortable and I would be better of in a smaller flat, when a lot of you Christians and church leaders and NHS staff psychiatrist and Child Psychologists sit in you cushy comfortable mortgage house, which you have all picked and choose where you want to live in!!!.

And then you get Church leaders when they ordain new leaders in Ministries who work with children they start following certain people eyeing their property. Something not quite right, I get the impression they follow the Mentally Impaired and in every church I go some fool keep trying to do a Home Visit, always the Cell Group or Home Group Bible Group leaders and, whenever they turn up they keep running back to church telling the leaders in the church what my flat look like and then they discuss who in the church needs rehousing and keep plotting to try and move me out, some Africans have a habit of doing this in particular to Jamaicans in the church? . Watching the Universities as well can discern something.

When I was living in a smaller estate in Brixton no one was interested in it because it wasn't New Build and the flat was not posh enough.

I didn't pick and choose this flat it was allocated to me!. I did not want to live in Brixton because I knew SLAM would keep turning up on my doorstep and keep harrassing me, I wanted to live outside London. Lambeth Council did offer me a flat outside London but my Best friend went to view the area and said "it was horrid and advised me not to take the flat because the area would make me depressed.
