Proposal for New Build Developments for New Builds
Firstly, to highlight New Build Developments have come a long way to improve the livelihoods of many people looking to be rehoused or moving into their first New Home. Properties have been upgraded so that they look much nicer, more spacious and most importantly more secure.
But the challenges we are faced with is not just on a widespread National level, so cumbersome but also it is has become an International problem not just for the UK but for many other countries who are seeing an unprecedented amount of Immigrants/refugees arriving from overseas looking for a better way of life, security, protection, work and rehousing. And Children are often suffering unnecessary and are often thrown into horrendous torment caused by the atrocities of War and often Child Abuse.
What I am proposing is a New Way of Developing New Build Homes and managing Estates in order to better protect residents, especially those who have disabilities, young Children and the elderly.
Firstly, when Property Developers are building New Homes I want them to consider the following when building New Build Developments:
An extra Room on estates, A Safe Place (I have not thought of a name yet to call this Extra room on the estate but will let you know once I have come up with a name), which will serve as a Surgery (and must not be used as GP surgery) but a Hub for Residents to all meet up and Socialise specifically for their Estate only should be implemented. With the increase in crime Many Residents concerned with unsolicited mail and rogue strangers and NHS Staff turning up at Residents home and harassing tenants. There are many residents who are reluctant to allow other residents into their home.
To share some of my experiences I have had on Southgate House, I have some lovely neighbours on my estate whom I have become close friends with, and although I consider myself to be a friendly person it is not fair and right for me to infringe on other people’s rights and space and to coerce neighbours to be friends with me or expect them to allow me into their home. I have also experience Anti Social threatening Behaviour by some people on the estate; mainly youths and recently yesterday on the 12 October 2026 I had two NHS Staff turn up on my doorstep trying o gain access to my property to do a fake report on me in order to exploit me for money!
