What you Need to Know About Thames Water

Good morning Mamas and Papas little Wise Bloggers.

As you may be aware Thames Water are 16 Billion Pounds in Debt and want to invest a futher 20 million. So the first question I asked the Managing Director in my letter was "you 16 billion pounds in debt so where do you get money from to invest a further 20 million?".

With my letter I enclosed 4 bills and wrote a three to four page letter explaining their are discrepancies in the current bill, and discrepancies in the Water Usage and Wastage usage. There was a sharp rise which did not tally up?. There were also payments on the account which were not accounted for.

I received a response from Thames Water from Rhys Darrall, but the letter seems to have been written from someone who is inexperienced an amature. I don't know whether Rhys works in the Directors office and is a UNI GRAD?, but the letter did not explain the disparities in the current bill and previous bills and did not explain why the Water Usage and Wastage Usage was so different on the current Bill compared to the previous bills.

They reckoned I owed £649.14 as of the 12 June and with the payments made now owe £534.14. In the six years I have lived in this flat I have never received bills from Thames Water for such an amount I don't owed this amount.

I had a debt of £179.00 which was passed to a debt Collector and paid of some of the debt and now owe £64.00 this was the only debt I owed and then some fool in Thames Water send me a bill for £649.14. It don't make sense. The debt Collection Agency said they have put my Account on Hold?.

And then what I find strange I quickly checked my Electricty Meter this week and read it and when I contacted my Electricity Supplier and tried to insert the Meter reading on the automated service it would not allow me to and and automated voice mail said "your reading is lower than your previous". Then the following day when i checked the Meter again the meter reading on the meter was lower than the reading on the meter reading I took the day before?.
